Isabelle’s experience in the banking industry brought her to heading the Communications Department of the biggest Lebanese Bank, and the chance to refine her experience in all the communications areas on a bigger scale which made her sensitive to risk, governance, compliance and processes.

On the ground experience in crisis communications management further strengthened her expertise to mitigate risk in a preventive manner within the communication arena by introducing sustainability as core to the business which has been proven to be an inevitable path for any brand growth and resilience.

Isabelle is a BA graduate from John Cabot University (Rome, Italy); holds an Executive Leadership Development Diploma –IMD ( Lausanne, CH), is a Sustainability Certified Practitioner with a  Sustainable Business Strategy Certificate -Harvard Business School Online.

Mrs. Mansour sits on the Board of the GCNL (local network of the UN Global Compact) and Chairs its Governance Committee and is Founder and VP Board member of Women Leaders Association
